  UPDATE: Had an issue but the owner contacted us himself within hours to apologize and offer to rectify the situation. Not many businesses will do that to make their customers happy especially after hours on a Saturday and on a Sunday. I was very surprised and very impressed that the owner offered to go above and beyond to make it right. Thank you Richard. ±+++±+±+++++++++++++++ VERY disappointed in the customer service of this store. We made a large purchase tonight of a new mattress set and adjustable frame (which are not cheap) and NOT ONE sales associate offered to assist us the entire time we were comparing all the mattresses until we were ready to hand them money. While the associate we sought out to ring us up was filling out the paperwork I returned to pick out the free sheet set. Only then did someone offer to answer a question I had but then she was rudely told I was already being helped and they both just walked away. Rude and unprofessional. If it hadn't been for my husband wanting to complete the purchase I'd have let you keep it.
